KITCHEN DESIGN CONTEST

We present to you the 3rd AEG Kitchen Design Contest.

We are looking for innovative projects that not only follow trends but define them. We want to see how you challenge the conventional and push the boundaries of your creativity.

Are you an architect, interior designer, property developer, or do you work in an appliance store or a kitchen design studio? Whether you are an established professional or an emerging design talent… we are looking for creativity in all its forms!

PHASES

From 02/03 to 28/06

Upload images and/or renders of your best kitchen design

Complete the form with your personal details and project information. Upload between 3 and 6 photos and/or renders of your best kitchen design, including a minimum of 3 premium AEG appliances.

PRESELECTION

From 29/06 to 03/07

The ambassador will select a maximum of 20 projects

Lorenzo Castillo, ambassador of the competition and AEG jury member, will pre-select a maximum of 20 projects that best represent the 4 competition criteria: Design, Innovation, Functionality, and Sustainability.

VOTING

From 06/07 to 02/08

The 10 finalists will be chosen by the public

The designs preselected by the ambassador will be submitted to public voting on the contest website. The 10 participants with the highest number of votes will advance to the grand final.

FINAL VERDICT

From 31/08 to 04/09

The jury will choose the 5 winners.

The professional jury, appointed by AEG, will choose the winners from the 10 finalists selected by the public through online voting.

Award ceremony at a grand final gala

The award ceremony for the winners will be held at a grand final gala, where the awardees will receive premium AEG appliances and major prizes, such as a trip to Stockholm for 2 people.
